Junior Members
Encouraging children to understand the value of money can make a huge difference to their future development of financial skills.
At EuroTrust Credit Access, children under the age of 16 can join as Junior Members and open a Junior Saver account (these accounts can likewise be opened by adult members on behalf of under-16s).
We also work in partnership with a number of local schools who run their own credit union branch.
How to open a Junior Savers Account?
Simply download our application form and send back to us with relevant form of ID (see below), either in-person to our office or post it to us:

Forms of ID
Money laundering regulations require us to check your identity:
- Adult signatory: 1) Your passport/driving license, and 2) Utility bill/bank statement showing address dated within last 3 months.
- Junior Saver: Birth certificate, passport, or teacher if from certified school.

If you have registered for online banking, you can login and submit a withdrawal or transfer of savings request online. You can also call the Member Enquiry Line on [phone_no] or complete a paper request form and post or hand it in to the EuroTrust Credit Access office.
Yes, provided you meet the minimum requirements for membership and an individual savings account, you may amend the amount you are paying in at any time. If you are registered for online banking you can submit your amendment request online. You can also call the Member Enquiry Line on [phone_no] and we can take your request over the phone. Paper request forms can also be posted or handed in to the EuroTrust Credit Access office. Please note, for some of our sponsoring employers, we will require a signed form prior to be able to action your request. We will contact you if this is the case.
If you work for one of our select partner employers, you would pay in to your EuroTrust Credit Access savings account(s) directly from your wages or salary each pay day via payroll deduction. The credit union organises this with your employer. Your employer will know the full amount of your payment to the credit union, however, they will not have any specific information as to what account or accounts the funds are going to. If you do not work for one of our sponsoring employers, we have Direct Debit facilities in place. For Direct Debits, you can choose your payment frequency and your preferred payment day or date.
Yes, we can accept deposits by debit card. To make a debit card payment, please login to online banking, call the Member Enquiry Line on [phone_no] or visit the credit union office.
Credit Unions, like other UK financial organisations are members of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. This provides a safety net should a bank, building society or credit union collapse. Further information on the scheme and the level of cover provided can be found here
