We’re committed to helping our members with their financial wellbeing.

We recognise that circumstances can change and that there can be times when it’s difficult to keep up with loan and/or mortgage repayments.

We’ll always try to support and guide our members when times are tough and offer solutions, wherever possible.

If you are concerned about your ability to pay your ETA mortgage and/or loan, please contact us straight away, either through online banking secure messaging or by calling [phone_no] during office hours.

What can you do if things are getting tough?

Get in touch with us if you think you might have difficulty making a payment.
Help us to understand how much you can realistically afford to repay.
Keep to your new payment plan and let us know as soon as you can if this is becoming difficult.

Work with you to assess your options for repayment.

Whilst we are doing all we can to help our members, we recognise there may be other debts that you need help and advice with.
